This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit lillyandskye.com (the “Site”).

Subsribing to E-mail Marketing and News

Email Marketing and News Terms and Conditions: We use an e-mail platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our e-mail marketing of product updates, discounts, sales, promtions and our newsletters, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

By signing up for e-mail at checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via a pop-up form or any other type of sign-up form or quick-subscribe button, you agree that we may send you e-mails containint marketing information, as well as newsletters of events, behind the scenes, crafts, blog links, and other newsletter related material.

You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase. You acknowledge that your e-mail, name and purchase information will be shared with our e-mail marketing platform. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing e-mails, notifications and newsletters.

Automated Text Messaging Marketing 

Text Marketing Terms and Conditions: We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our text marketing and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a key word, you agree that we may send you text notification (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed twelve a month and are more typically much less than this, not including abandoned cart, order, shipping or delivery notices as these are dependent on your shopping frequency. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.

Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or, if applicable, use the unsubscribe link we provide you within a message. US customers will need to reply with STOP. EU customers will need to unsubscribe with a link we send with each text message.

You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site does not have anything inappropriate for children. We cannot guarantee this for outside links to other websites, reviews or videos.
